Hindustan Buildcon welcomes its investors both directly and through a team of professional dealers engaged through policy contracts.  The pocket and budget of an ordinary investor has been kept as the top criteria while contructing and structuring the payment plans spread in three schemes viz. Cash down, Quarterly instalments equivalent to the booking amounts and lastly, the Equal Monthly Instalment plan.  The investor is free to choose from these options as per his convenience of paying and booking the plot/s.  The booking amounts have been fixed at such easy rates that any one can feel comfortable with the same for paying and booking his plot/s.
